Founded in 2019 in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, Alpha Beltech & Systems began with a clear conviction: that a conveyor belt should be engineered for the job it does, not simply sold off a shelf. Rooted in hands-on, shop-floor problem-solving, the company set out to build belts and conveyor systems that perform reliably in real working conditions — and to back them with honest advice and dependable service.
From Belts to Complete Systems
What started as a focused belting business steadily expanded into complete material handling solutions. As clients returned with bigger challenges, our scope grew from supplying individual belts to designing and manufacturing full conveyor systems — belt, roller, drag-chain, telescopic, and inspection lines — built around each customer's process.
In-House Manufacturing
By investing in in-house manufacturing, we gained direct control over quality, cost, and turnaround. This capability lets us produce custom belts and systems to precise specifications and respond quickly when a client needs a critical replacement to keep a line running.
