S.S Packaging Conveyor Belt
Stainless Steel Inspection & Packing Conveyor
Designed for pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and FMCG industries — the S.S Packaging Conveyor delivers smooth, hygienic product transfer from labelling and blister machines to final packing stations, with spacious side-working tables for primary and secondary inspection.
S.S Packaging Conveyor Belt
The S.S Packaging Conveyor Belt is a precision-engineered stainless steel conveyor system built for end-of-line packaging, product inspection, and sortation on high-speed manufacturing lines. The conveyor features a stainless steel tabletop with an integrated moving sandwich belt at the centre, ensuring smooth and consistent product flow from upstream machines to packing stations.
The entire structure is fabricated from SS square pipe, providing excellent corrosion resistance and compliance with food-grade and pharmaceutical hygiene standards. Adjustable bolt support legs ensure level installation on any shop floor, while the 12-inch-wide working table on both sides of the belt gives operators ample space for visual inspection, primary packing, secondary packing, and product placeme
Key specifications

Working table width
12 inches on each side of the conveyor belt — sufficient for comfortable operator access and product handling without fatigue.

Belt type
Moving endless sandwich belt, centrally positioned within the SS tabletop for guided, jam-free product conveyance.

Frame construction
Full stainless steel (SS) square pipe structure — rust-proof, easy to clean, and GMP-compliant for food & pharma environments.

Height adjustment
Adjustable bolt support legs for levelling on uneven floors and matching with upstream/downstream machine heights.

Customisation
Available in variable belt widths, conveyor lengths, and speed drives to suit your specific production line requirements.
How it works — operation
Products exiting the labelling machine, blister machine, or strip machine are carried forward by the moving sandwich belt. Operators stationed on both sides of the conveyor belt perform visual inspection of bottles, strips, cartons, or sachets. They then carry out primary packing (placing products in cartons or trays), secondary packing (sealing, wrapping), picking of rejected or defective products, and final placement into the shipping box.
The wide stainless steel working surface ensures ergonomic operation, while the centralised belt keeps product flow steady and orderly throughout the process.
Why Choose this Conveyor
1. Hygiene
We don’t force you into a standard frame. Custom widths, lengths, heights, and angles mean your conveyor fits your facility—not the other way around.
2. Ergonomics
Mild steel for cost-sensitive operations. Stainless steel for food and pharma. Aluminium for weight-critical installations. We choose the material for your environment.
3. Durability
Our systems are engineered for durability. Quality components and proven designs mean fewer breakdowns and longer intervals between service.
4. Flexibility
We don’t just build belts. We design complete systems: frames, drives, belt selection, and optional add-ons like scrapers, carriers, and integrated controls.
